By default, video playback quality is set automatically based on your internet speed.

To change the video quality manually, head to the bottom right hand corner of the video player and click on the gear icon to open the quality selector menu."

From there, you can manually change the resolution of video playback.*

*Please note, that there is currently a known issue with Apple Safari where the video playback controls do not appear in this browser. If you need to change your playback quality, please use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
